Trimless channel letters are a frequently preferred modern LED sign type. It provides a smooth and minimalist appearance by being produced without trim covers. Acrylic surfaces are bonded with adhesives resistant to all weather conditions.
Trimless letters can be used indoors and outdoors. They are ideal for shopping malls, wholesale and retail stores, and indoor businesses.
Trimless channel letters varieties are as follows:
Trimless channel letters have rim thicknesses ranging from 1″ to 3″. The front face acrylic is glued flush to the face to prevent bleed-through. The back face is screwed to 1/2″ thick PVC foam from the edges.
Translucent acrylic surfaces are 1/4″ or 1/2″ thick depending on the size of the letters. Can be colored with colored vinyls or digital printing to suit your needs.
We can produce trimless channel letters signs with all fonts. One of the most important features that sets us apart from others is that we can make fully customizable signs.
We can make signs with a minimum size of 4″ for sans fonts and a minimum size of 6″ for serif fonts. There is no limit on the height of the letter. We can make letters larger than 120 inches by combining 2 pieces of acrylic. If a letter is larger than 72 inches, we will ship it by sea instead of air. This will increase the shipping time.
We can powder paint metal letters according to RAL code. You can send us an email to get the RAL paint catalogue. We can make the acrylic surface in any color you want with digital printing. For this, it is enough to give us one of the HEX, RGB, CMYK or PANTONE color codes.
We do not lose any lightening power on the surfaces we color with high quality translucent vinyls. We use Oracal’s 8800 series vinyls, which are the best on the market.
Since Trimless letters are front lit, it is very important that the lighting is evenly distributed. Since the LEDs will be close to the acrylic surface, light bursts can be seen. To prevent this, we use wide-angle mini module LEDs. In this way, each LED illuminates a wide area, not just its own front.
We can also customize the lighting color with RGB LEDs or LEDs in any Kelvin value you want.
There are also different variations of this product. We can produce with or without front and backlighting.
The LEDs and transformers we use in our signs are UL certified for the USA and CE certified for Europe.
