Open face channel letters are a combination of classic channel letter signs with another classic sign type, neon signs. The letters are closed with aluminum on the back, and the front is left open, and neon LEDs are added to create a stylish look. Open face channel letters also have turf encased, flowers encased, options.
Open Face signs have an aluminum back and sides. There are also versions encased with grass and flowers. They are available with or without lights.
Open Face channel letters are available in glass neon and neon LED lighting options. We generally recommend lighting with Neon LEDs due to their low energy consumption and durability. In addition to all standard colors, we also offer RGB lighting options for neon LEDs. RGB neon LEDs are dimmerable. The fixed-color lighting can be turned on and off with an on/off switch that you will add during installation. (We use neon LEDs with thicknesses ranging from 0.24″ x 0.47″ to 0.35″ x 0.67″ depending on the size of your channel letters.)
We can produce letters with a minimum height of 4 inches in all special fonts. We can cut Open Face signs in the shape of your logo and paint them with electrostatic paint in the color you want. Electrostatic paint provides resistance to rust and is resistant to all weather conditions.
As with all our signs, all the materials used in this sign are UL and CE certified. LEDs and transformers are guaranteed for 3 years.
When you send us your logo, we create a mockup for you. Thus, you see your sign in digital environment before receiving your order. We create a vector drawing of your logo and cut the aluminum with fiber laser cutting machines. We weld all the turns of the letters firmly with a spot welding machine. We ship it with all the parts required for installation.
